Hi Folks,

Just a lil line to let ye know i've been trying out the new Esat Clear Internet package for the last month. Its fairly good as in good connections good download speeds etc. BUT!! Although its advertised as '£1.02' an hour they forgot to tell you there is also 21% vat to be included in the price. So if ye add up all he hours ye stay online and think its only going to cost you £1.02 an hour THINK AGAIN!!

just a case of simple mathmatics.

Esat is one pound an hour (just pretend ok)
and tinet/iol/indigo are 15p per 15 minutes

esat is one pound an hour
tinet/iol/indigo is 60p an hour

so esat is a clear winner being 66% more expensive. and thats at cheap rate. i think it may be more equitable during peak rates.

just thought id post coz im bored <IMG SRC="http://lacerta.ucg.ie/boards/smile.gif" WIDTH=15 HEIGHT=15 BORDER=0 ALT=":)">
