Where's the cheapest place i can buy a standard cd player for my car? Doing it online is cheaper so I've been told but I don't know where to look Ta!

HI
i bought a sony and i have a toyota with keenwood atached to it,
i tried connection myself and i think i have connected negative to positive and vice versa,
set works for hardly 30 seconds and then switched off itself and no power, fuse is ok ,,,,
any idea is it gone
if yes then can i return it to shop anyway....
any good plan u have
or should i speak to service centre
or what should i say to them
should i blame on set
.....
....or if not..is it my fault all together
at the moment i have corrected connection again with proper way..
guys
