    Just reply here (normally a post on the Admin forum is required, but here will do) with details of the community name, description, and get 3 others from your private group to reply to say that they support the request.

    I need a private board for our Counter Strike clan, so we can arrange matches, post results and discuss tactics and other things that I cant think of right now . The name would be "Troops of Doom". I'll get the lads to reply is soon as possible.

    No one can get access to it or see it unless they're granted access by the mods. Like that ninja board presumably.
