Setting up meteor email accounts on Outlook Express

I seem to be having trouble sending mail from this email account. Is anybody else using meteor email accounts with outlook express?

The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by the server. The rejected e-mail address was 'abcd@eircom.net'. Subject '', Account: 'michael', Server: 'mail.mymeteor.ie', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '450 RCPT TO:<abcd@eircom.net> Relaying not allowed', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 450, Error Number: 0x800CCC79

I seem to be having trouble sending mail from this email account.

Is anybody else using meteor email accounts with outlook express?

you must use the smtp server of the ISP you are dialled into, so if it's eircom change your smtp server to mail.eircom.net oceanfree mail.oceanfree.net etc.
