story with utvip/xl webspace???

    well, their so called "unlimited" webspace isn't much ****ing use to me if i can't log into it is it?
    the main reason i went with utv over iol was to avail of the unlimited webspace, i've tried logging into it (using cuteftp & wsftp) with the instructions on the link below, no dice...

    i've emailed utv support about this & they replied asking for more info & then not a peep (appologies to utv if you did reply, i had to use my dads email account to contact support so he might have just deleted any reply you sent...)

    has anyone else had any luck logging into the webspace?
    if so what combination of username & password did you use?
