Urgent techie question

    Need some quick help here if poss guys :)

    Cousin is back home in ireland after living in spain for 9 years, hes now going to work in Moscow (teaches english)......
    Prob is, he has an OLD P100 laptop (Hewlett Packard) and no matter what we do we cant figure out how to change the windows language from spanish to english.... All the icons etc in windows are in spanish. :confused: Any ideas?

    Simply reformatting and reinstalling windows would be an option only this dinosaur only has floppy drive, no cd-rom, an finding even win95 on floppy these days is nigh on impossible, nevermind 98se lol ;)

    plz plz plz all u genius's out there, ideas????

    Experts exchange had this a while back:
    The options are:
    1. install "Multilingual User Interface Pack (MUI)", it is a software on a CD from Microsoft.
    2. format hard dirve and reinstall windows with the right language version. (of course you may wanna backup your data first)
