Thanks to all who turned up for cork summer throws fest, please arm twist all your throwing buddiesn for national heavy throws championships in dunboyne in september,

This was a great success, with great weather, and the highest number of participants yet, at least four new irish senior records that i witnessed , and some super hammer coaching by national Hammer Champions Ronald Quinlan and Paddy McGrath, thanks to Tim who did the vast amount of work, and thanks to John Cronin who kindly spent the day officiating, and to Dan Kennedy who was our camera man in chief, patiently setting up cameras and capturing the action.

Well done everybody and heres to AAI nationals, and to our big national heavy throws championships in Dunboyne in September.
