    This board is dead and unlikely to be resurrected in the near future, so it's not really "activism" any more. I'm thinking it could be turned into a general Civil Liberties board and moved to Society, or failing that merged into Security and the Security charter amended slightly?

    The security board doesn't have a charter exactly, but the 'appropriate topics' have been covered in some threads that the FAQ links too. What sort of modification did you have in mind?

    Errah, you know yourself ecksor, something like "privacy and civil liberties topics are welcome here". Then again, who reads charters... :)

    (I know that you've said these topics are welcome in security, 'm thinking of people that aren't aware of this.)
