Best muliplayer games with a catch

any one know any good multiplayer games but here is the catch not lan games ie split screen or one output on tv-out and other on mointer etc

Serious sam is split scree. as is the second iirc

need for speed 3 had split screen, not sure about nfs4 (aka porsche challenge).

Worms (any)
Micro Machines (any)
turn based stratedgy game (any)

Get Final Burn Alpha and Street fighter 2(or any of about 100 fighter games) ,it really doesnt get any better than that.

Need for speed 2 hot pursuit is great in split screen but on monitors its a bit weird best outputted to TV.
Worms as said above is class.
