Archos Jukebox repair needed

i have an "archos jukebox 20gb studio" which is failing to boot up for me... the screen lights up but the music doesn't load or anything.. i have been trying to get it fixed for ages, the company won't repair it i was wondering if anybody else had similar problems with their archos jukebox (im sure they did) .. and where…

i was wondering if anybody else had similar problems with their archos jukebox (im sure they did) .. and where they got it sorted out and fixed? ... or if anyone knows enough about it to fix it themselves i could pay them to fix it..

sidenote: damn you archos and your customer support!
