get rehibilation?

One of my players has an option to get rehibilation. I don't know where it came from or why. None of my other players have it and nothing came up from coach/physio reports about him. Does anyone know what this is?

It comes up after certin injurys either long ter on one that can re-occour it can often take longer that the injury would normally take to heal but reduces the chance of it ahppening again
