problems with napalm and zone alarm

I recently installed zone alarm and since then I can't use napalm ftp search engine. The browser stops halfway through the query_dispatcher.htm page. I've tried enabling popups ads in zone alarm and switching it off altogether but still can't get napalm working. any ideas muchly appreciated. ta
