I'd like to apologise in advance to all the managers with the same players as me, as I am cursed when it comes to these fantasy leagues, be it in football, golf, or anything. The best tiddlywink player in the world would be undone, were there a fantasy league in that, and he was on my team.

Not a great start for Sinimatallec FC...there's one thing I've noticed about Fantasy Football down the ages...the more you think you know about football, the shítter you do in FF. And just because one supports Liverpool, does not mean you have to buy 3 Liverpool players. Bye bye Harry Kewell, hello Paul Scoles.

dam di canio is stalling me making progress, worth hanging onto or should i sell? 7.9m, pretty dear for a 35yr old.

hope he starts for charlton rather than coming off the bench.
ive always done well in ff comps, its so tempting just to sell 3 or 4 players and lose 12 points but i know i cant, my team will come good. i hope.

ive got rid of di canio, didnt even play a minute tonite.

got in crespo instead but had to make 3 other transfers to raise the money. lost 12 points but i put my faith in george, he'll get me my top 3 finish.

I've just been looking at the top 50 countries leaderboard and Ireland are in 3rd place. I never knew so many countries had the privilage to watch the premiership.

Yeah, you'd be surprised at some of the countries that are "Premiership" fanatics. I was well surprised a couple of years ago when I was on holidays and seen how much the locals are into it.

It was actually quite funny talking to Taxi drivers, well trying to talk to them, they hadn't a clue where we were from when we would tell them. They kept thinking we were from Holland or England until one of the lads copped onto the Premiership following, so from then on every time he was asked where he was from he'd just say "Roy Keane, Roy Keane" and they'd respond "Ahh, Ireland!!!....Roy Keane, great player!!" Very strange indeed, but quite amusing all the same!!

I have moved from about 17th to 2nd. Although I should be top because Jeff Kenna didn't play yesterday and My first substitute de Zeeuw scored 7 points but the substitution didn't come into effect. A well I will be knocked off the top spot with all you with your United and Arsenal players playing today.

Yeah this is the second time this has happened this season. Apparently it happens a few times per season, and I didn't cop it in time both times!!! Arghhh!!!

It's definitely worthwhile buying in players from the teams that are playing the double leg.

It's a good way of bumping up your points but you have to be on the ball (excuse the pun) and buy the right players. But it is essential to gain big points over the season!!
