Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Newcastle. Although seeing as they did finish 3rd last season surely you could have remembered to give them their own poll option :)

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,003 ✭✭✭✭The Muppet

This poll is the result of tellox posting in the feedback forum requesting a seperate forum for man u supporters . Would the utd supporters here like a forum of their own or are we happy as it is. I for one dont see the merits in having our own forum as I think the diversity of opinions here make this forum interesting.

It appears from the poll so far that there is twice as many liverpool supporters than utd here so should they not be first in line for their own forum?

Opps, sorry about that Newcastle fans, it wasn't deliberate I just used the teams that I would have thought had the biggest Irish support.

I support Forest, I enjoy watching a few premiership teams play (due to players and style) but I only support Forest.

Can I change my vote to Chelski?:D ?

I'm an Arsenal fan, this is a good way to identify allies for the coming season and also the enemy.

On a side note I didnt realise there were so many Villa supporters here. Is this coz of O'Leary? I admit I will be following villa closly this season.

as a utd fan i think we are a victim of our own success. jealousy sets in and the abu's take out the knives.

however i enjoy the rivalry so long as its healthy, its all part of football. theres no need for a manu forum, if there was one why not have a liverpool forum, arsenal etc.. if we all had computers back in the 80's we'd all want a liverpool forum.

utd cant win everything forever, in a few years the abu's will turn to abl's or abn's!! so long live the mixed forum!

and the villa again! Villa is quite a popular club in ireland. i hope loads turn up on saturday to see them whupp leeds ass!

And no i dont think its cause of o'leary, ive been supporting them since 93

Been a Leeds fan through thick and thin for the best part of 30 years. There's a certain masochistic tendency that only other Leeds fans can really appreciate. :)

Ahh yes... and so it begins again...

    Man City

home to aging (hopefully not totally washed up) footballers - our 4 summer signings have a combined age of 132!!

though in fairness - David Spunk accounts for about 87 of those...

Still, he may have a year left in him...

I reckon send the Utd supporters off to their own forum by all means - they can suck each others flutes there, it's not like they know anything about football anyway...
