Quick question. My former boss cant find my p45 which I need for my next future job. What forms do I need to fill out to get this sorted?

    Thanks in advance

Your last employer must provide you with a P45
If he's already written it up for you and sent the top sheet of it to the Revenue, and has now 'lost' the rest of it (that he should give to you) then its up to him to sort it out.

He should havetaken a photocopy of the original P45 to keep a record of the Cert Number so that he can call the revenue, cancel it then write you up a new one.

If he can't get it sorted in the next couple of days theyou can ringthe Revenue helpline 1890 60 50 90, they'll tell you what to do about sorting it.

Writing up any P45 takes 10 minutes, you shouldn't have to wait longer than a day or 2 max
