FTP Logon Problem

    Im having problem login in to Iol FTp site I have setup a website with iol

    these are the settings

    myhome.iol.ie
    username: joebloggs
    password:1111111

    am I missing something here in the settings I have to FTP port set to 21
    Server Connection Failed.
    Retry Connection...
    <COMMAND> QUIT
    221 Goodbye.
    Connection Lost
    <STATUS> Resolving host address...
    <STATUS> Connecting host (ip=194.145.128.36)
    <STATUS> Session connected
    220 users.iol.ie FTP server ready.
    <COMMAND> USER joebloogs
    331 Password required for joebloogs.
    <COMMAND> PASS ********
    530 Login incorrect.
    Server Connection Failed.
    Retry Connection...
    <COMMAND> QUIT

    Connection Lost
    <STATUS> Resolving host address...

    I would imagine your username and/or password are incorrect or else they're not working.
    Ring IOL.
