ntl mmds failed to find signal

I got mmds from ntl installed last week but last night i decided to move the tv from the sitting room to the kitchen. To do this i disconnected the lead that goes to the sitting room from the cable running from the aerial and reconnected the lead running to the kitchen. But the problem is that now I cannot get a picture…

But the problem is that now I cannot get a picture even when I returned the set-up back to the way it was. All i get is the decoded setting up and going through stages 2-4. Then it simply goes bact to the start and I never get a picture. Can anybody help? Is there anythin I can do?
