my new sound card

the audigy 2 oem from komplett i got this yesterday and this comes up whenever i try going into control panel and it crashes the control panel how do i stop it this is the error i've read it and done what it said but it keeps popping up

disable 'onboard sound' via the device manager and all should be well again.

Basically they're both using the same irqs...
