Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

You can use any phone point - just remember to put filters on all the ones you don't use for broadband.

As long as your internal wiring is of a decent standard, it will not affect performance.

If you get an engineer install then yes you will need a new cable coming from the first phone point (master box) - he'll also put a new box beside the master box.

If you get a self install then no, you will simply plug in a microfilter into every phone socket in the house (except the one for the dsl modem which will have a line spliiter with one filtered and one unfiltered output)
