Not really a personal issue, I've got a canadian chick here who is looking for info. on getting an Irish work permit. Any Ideas?

for details of work permits etc, but I doubt that she'll get anywhere legal like as the govt seem to be tightening the rules

She also reckons her grandfather is Scottish, and so hopes she may get a british passport?
