esat/bt/iol ping problems

anybody on any esat/iol/bt dialup 56k/ISDN product experiencing problems with ping times? in games pings are around the 100 mark and spiking to 160 at times this includes oceanfree/anytime/iol-gold/residential/business anybody know whats up?

something wrong at linxs peer 2 anytime before 4.30 pm, if you tracert you will see at linxs peer 2 the ping makes the jump and stayes there. For me after 4.30 pm the ping returns to normal. Seems to be happening to every IOL customer including Broad band.

Havent contacted IOL about this yet.. but I do intend to .. as should you and every other IOL/bt/esat customer.
