resuming/suspending isdn devices

I wonder can someone help me. I want to resume my second isdn line at night to download faster but suspend it in the morning when the telephone line is needed. Is there a program that i can use to automate this ? cant find anything on the web at all. I use windows 98 thanks in advance

how do you mean "resume"?

do you mean bring it up? dial? are you using a router or just a TA on your PC?
