    was playing Micro Machines 2 the other day for old times sake. I completly forgot that Codemasters put Vilot Berlin into the game! I recall her doing articles for Digitiser on channel 4 teletext for a while and then heard she was doing reports for a satellite computer channel, anyone know what the peroxide game guru's doing these days?

    Actually, Violet is one of the most informed people working in games TV - she really knows her way around gaming stuff, and I know she keeps up to date with it just out of her own interest rather than because it's her own job.

    She gets a lot of stick she doesn't deserve basically because she has large breasts. I guess the fanboys are intimidated by a woman with big norks who isn't just on the other end of a pay-per-view pornsite...

    Yes, she's married to Gaz Top (Gareth Jones) who used to present How 2. I think they co-own the production company that makes GamePad.

    I'm referring to the ones who slag the sh1t out of the poor bird at every chance - on net forums of course, none of them would say a damn word to her in real life if they met her. It gets a bit tiresome watching her take stick constantly from web kiddies basically because she dares to be female and into games...

    Yeah ur probably right tbh,i only really visit this games forum as in {general games].
    I visit many racing sim forums and forums for other relevant games im into, therefore this in all honesty is the first time ive seen a post about her.

    I think Gamepad is a good show ,reviews are fair and when showing clips of games its usually gameply they show.
    Rather than FMV she does know her stuff as anyone who used to read digitiser knows.

    And it beats the pants of 2 idiots talking about how good the graphics are before giving a game 5 gurus or somfin.

    Well I like Violet Berlin. She seems to know her stuff. I thought the stuff she did for digitiser was great and as good as entertaining as stuart campbells rants. Better than Tony Motts waffle anyway.
