Odds of getting a room near UCD?

I'm a lazy muppet, I knew I had my place pretty much sorted this time last year, have yet to make a serious move on finding a home up there though. I'll have a week or so to wander around before the induciton so I guess that can't hurt, but I could do with so tips on getting one. What papers to check etc? Or someone just…

You will need to work on it, as there will be a lot of people looking just ast the moment.

Showing up with a wad of cash will have a pavlovian effect on many landlords.

Paperwise the Evening Herald has the biggest list - however it can be accessed on www.loadza.com
