Mtorola BB160 wireless adaptor

Anybody know where i can get drivers for a motorola bb160 wireless adaptor to work with windows 2000 / XP. The adaptor only comes with drivers for win 9x and on the motorola site it says that the device does not work on win 2k /xp but i've heard that it is possible to make them work. Any ideas?
