Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Can someone tell me some hotels near the Point in dublin?

    Jurys would be the nearest, 5 minute walk.
    or else theres a hostel near Bus Eireann as well.. 10 minute walk, can't remember the name of it.

    If you plan on walking back from the point you're lookin for trouble. just kidding. Theres a hotel just about ten minutes going back down towards town i think it's jury's, kali's right.

    Yup, Jury's at the Custom House, where I always stay, very handy about 10min walk from point. Expect, though, to pay around a hundred squid for the night. 01-6075000. I have their number stored in my mobile phone!

    The Calrion Hotel is about 90 seconds closer to the Point than Jury's. It's on Clarion Quay, just down from Jurys and probably in the same price bracket.
    There are a couple of Hostels near Bus Aras/ Store st., both are tucked away in side streets. Isaac Butt is one, just to the right of Isaac Butt bar, down the laneway. The other is Jacobs Inn, to the right and down the laneway when facing the Garda HQ.
