Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Seems hes on his way for a medical today.

1 million and joining irish players Kavanagh, Whalley and Alan Lee.

The manager sold him from Luton for 1.2 million so knows him well.

He sees him as a "2 for 1 player"!

Gary Doherty?, Jebus - haven't a clue whether that is a good thing or not. I suppose he was surplus at spurs and unlikely to go to another prem. team.

He'll probably get 1st team football there at a club that are going places.
It'll be at centre half though as Alan Lee looks like being 1st choice alongside Earnshaw.
I think for the long term prospects for Ireland it would be good for Ireland if Doherty developed as a centre half. At the moment we don't have a centre half who is dominant in the air. Doherty could provide this in ours and opposing penalty areas.
