That being done i'm looking forward to seeing whats going on in this particular corner of the tinter-web. anyway, enough niceities. i'm off now to have a look around and see what's going on. welcome... I find the Gaa fourm to be the best, go straight there.

I'm new here as well, wish I could quote one of the above replies but don't know how. Someone asked about those little "I'm watching you signs" with our IP addresses on them and I see then as I browse as well, and I am not an "extreme troublemaker" , so what's the deal? They are giving me the creeps!

Hey Pink Bunny, if you click quote at the bottom of the messgae that you wanna answer to, then it shows the messgae that you are quoting from.

Yeh I have to say that I don't like those IP addresses either!

No. That information is also available to the owners of the site where the image is served from. There are a couple of threads about this on other forums and I'll dig up a link to one of them. I have committed to implementing a compromise.

Thank you for the info ecksor. I wasn't aware of that other discussion, glad you provided the link for me. I'll be the first to admit, I'm one of those people who really need to learn more about the Internet...still feeling my way around.

It just was a bit unsettling when I was browsing around and suddenly there appears a little warning sign saying that I am being watched and it shows my IP address and all. Yikes!
