    Got a 20gig HD.

Messed around with the partition table and well hmm it seems that something strange has happened.

I now have a HD that has a 6mb partition that I can't seem to get rid off. I've use gdisk, windows, fdisk, PM8 and linux fdisk, none of which appear to be able to remove that 6mb partition.

How can I get rid of the partition?? And also why are all the above programs unable to format that partition even when I remove all partitions from the HD and then create new ones???

Any ideas as to what is wrong and what I could do??

    A.
