Bleach based polish all over LCD

Ahh my friend put bleach based polish on his LCD monitor by accident. Any one got any ideas on what to do to get it off!!??

jesus, that a big f*ck up there. is it nail polish? it might be difficult to remove the polish from the screen. The only thing i could think of is nail polish remover, but I wouldn't even be certain about doing that, it might damage the screen. Get him to call the support line / check the manufacturers website and ask for info, there might be some chance they might know what to do. I wouldn't try anything until i contacted the manufacturer about it first.
