if you, like us, are left cold by prefabricated angst nu-metal, feel empty listening to bands peddling nondescript indie-rawk (yes Coldplay/Turin Breaks/Starsailor we are looking at you) and find yourself sitting in some god-awful hole on a Saturday night while the assembled throng of drooling troglodytes 'dance' away to some non descript repetitive 'house' crap we just may have the antidote...

The Rodeo Terrorists, one part advertising executive with delusions of being a creative genius and one part creative genius with delusions of being an advertising exec, both with exceedingly large record collections and egos to match, are actively searching a venue to put on a visual aural cocktail full riffs beats and silly spikey haircuts.

A club night for those sporting 'Kabul chic' this season, supping a sweet rum and coke with a copy of uncut under their arm while listening to the sleepy jackson on their ipod. If you expect to hear incubus... just feck off lads.

We want the ladies to be indie goddesses, stylish, funny, fully of insight, well read and up for a good time and - if possible -single (if not then with single friends)

We want the lads to be, like ourselves, pretty damn cool, opinionated and prone to Glen Campbell tunes.

We're close to landing a quality venue for a Friday/Saturday night, so bear with us (talking money and ****e to venue owners etc etc pain in the collective arse)

Ecleticism is the name of the game here folks we'll be spinning everything from the beach-boys to deus, stevie wonder to interpol - as long as we like it we'll play it.

Here's where you come in: the opening slot 10-11pm is up for grabs each week so if you fancy yourself as a indie DJ, know your way about a mixing desk and like your music left of centre we'd be interested in hearing a wee tape MD or CD from you.

We'd also be interested in the tunes you want to hear... being supporters of UN style democracy (which means we'll take your opinions, debate them and eventually do nothing while america attacks) and all that... so we'd welcome your top ten club tunes... come on don't be shy!
