I know there are some programs like Net2Phone that charge pretty low rates, but well, I'm trying to do better...

There's a new program called Skype (from the developers behind Kazaa), it's basically a P2P program for telephone calls, but due to firewalls, and other internet issues on one end, I don't think I'll be able to use this. This is also the case with MSN etc.

Any ideas?
