error installing new hardware

    i keep getting errors installign a new device .

    gives he error
    there is no driver selected for the device information set or element

    i dono why its doing that as the device works in other pc's

    What O/S is it? Does it display it as a Modem in device manager or as an unknown device?

    sorry ment isdn ta . it comes under network controler as usual but wont install the driver to use it . its on win 2k . ive used these modems in 4 computer with win xp without fail and cant see why there is a massif difference

    You might need a Win2k driver rather than a WinXP.
