Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I couldn't edit a journal comment I made in my journal. I was told I didn't have access even though I was logged in as myself. I eventually deleted it and replaced it. Why is it I can delete my comments but can't edit them?

Give me the URL that's displaying permission denied.

    http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/journal.php?journalid=&action=updatecomment

It lets me get to the formatting page, i.e. the page you can actually change the text on. But I get the error after I click to submit the changes.

I notice the journaid variable is blank in that URL. Could that be the problem.

Nah, the commentid gets POSTed along, so the journalid is unnecessary. That's hardcoded in a template and I don't know why. the action variable is ignored also ...

anyway, editing comments should work now.
