    Has anyone else had problems with this since the last software update? None of the program listings for the following day are coming up for me. Anyone else having the same problem?

    No, I've found that listings are coming up a lot quicker for me since the STB was updated. Before the update they used to take ages to appear for me.

    Does it just say "Gathering Information" for ages, or is that not even coming up ?

    Have you tried a reboot ?

    I haven't rebooted since I upgraded to V5.36 of the software. It just says something like 'no information' - I don't even get the 'gathering information' message like I used to.

    I'll try a reboot when I go home tonight, anything to avoid a call/email to NTL!
