Capping downloading.

    Hey Folks

    I was wondering
    if it is possible to put a cap on downloads to stop people using stripper
    software. I was thinking that no more then 50 files should be allowed to the
    same IP at one time. Is this something I can do? If so, what will it take?

    I was thinking of that, but wasn't too sure if you could block per IP down, as I only ever used it the other way ie. for blocking a site's bandwidth on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.

    Thas going to cause a problem for the larger proxies about the place if it's active content.
