There are any number of ways of getting past that filter tbh. I have no idea why it's on the filter either, I don't remember any particular discussion about it. Just like the inclusion of bubbles in the filter, I don't think it holds any particular significance, or it's particularly offensive. Maybe an admin can elaborate
