Tayto are indeed a cut above those yucky foreign Walker's crisps.

But, where the hell is the King crisps option?

even though tayto and king crisps are made by the same company king crisps are by far the superior...not as salty as tayto.

also two bags of taytos rarely taste the same where as the consitency in taste of king crisps from bag to bag is brilliant.

and nooo i dont take my crispe ating too seriously

Ahh, the old Tayto V. King Crisps debate. I remember them well - boys playing footy in the playground - jumpers for goalposts - mmm-marvelous.
Didn't know Tayto and King are of the same company?
And I haven't picked up a packet of King in a long time, though I do remember them not being in the same league as Tayto.

I am a major crisp fan, however in terms of the above options I'd go for Tayto.

I like King and Tayto on an equal level. It depends on my mood. Although for a crisp sandwich I'd always use King chees n onion.

Other good crisps/snacks are Hunky Dorys, Monster Munch, Hula Hoops, those kettle chips in the red pack, Lights, ripples, and are discos still around? They're nice. Basically all crisps. I'm a crisp maniac. :D

King. I've never liked Tayto and Walker are just big bags of grease.

Tayto cheese&onion have the better flavour, but Walkers have the better texture. If the two could be combined, I'd be very happy. I'm very partial to Walkers ready salted.

And those Sensations cracked black pepper crispa are very nice indeed.

HAS to be Hunky Dorys... preferrably Buffalo

tayto are the way to go, walkers taste artificial.

now heres a thing...... what the hell happened to monster munch. they were the business altogether. the newer 'mighty munch' are of a different sort completly - useless.

Its got to be Tayto and Hunky Dorys' would be in second place :)

tayto are horrible - i'd eat them in the absence of any other food but never buy them. if i was buying crisps i'd buy something like meanies of monster munch instead of normal crisps but if i was buying normal crisps (i think i have twice or three times) it be walkers or hunky dorys or frisps

    Tayto clearly.

Questioning the status of tayto is verging on heresy!

    Depends
If you like ready salted (flavour free) then you are stuck with wa*kers or other foreign import

I hate tayto cheese & onion - keep repeating and they were the only ones you could get at birthday parties when you were a kid - yuck

    Sore Finger - king/tayto/hunky D's - happy days.

But you can't beat a really strong pack of chipsticks - you know when they are wet with vinegar..

Cheezels - pity the pack looks like those chicken things

McCoy's Flame Grilled Steak are my favs.

Out of Tayto or Walker's I'd choose Tayto. I used to love Walkers before they came out here, when I would only get them in the north.

    King Crisps for me too.

I despise Salt and Vinegar flavour thought, - it's only ever Original, Cheese & Onion or Sour Cream & Onion for me, when it comes to crisps.

    => King Cheese & Onion Crisps = #1!

    (I agree with Washout, basically...)

    hula hoops!!!

Walkers Sensations - Thai Sweet Chilli. Yum! I can sit down and gorge on one of the large packets.

Tayto are alright, but King are better. More standardised. You can be sure what strength of flavour your packet of King will have, while Tayto can vary.

Pringles! Expsensive and don't come in a bag but salt and vinegar with a mars bar mmmmmmhhhhh :D
What about Perri? They do nice Salt and Vinegar!
Difficult to choose between Tayto; Walker and Hunky Dory's....depends what I get a taste for as I'm choosin!

King I just don't like! :( They're just not in the same league!
