Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Extreme Problems with Netsource

    After sending them a letter of complaint yet again on thursday of course no reply there not willing to help at all!

    My connection has now gotten so bad ... it wont connect to boards.ie or infact any website .. works just about on msn. Ive had to come on to Eircomnet to get here so i know its not a problem with my settings.

    I thought i couldnt get any worse than downloading at max speeds of 24.5k/bits (3.4kb/s) but they have proven me wrong.
    Its getting really bad now .. ive asked them to do something about it or im cancelling direct debit.. of course no reply .. give em till monday evening .. then its off to somebody else

    Highly recommend not going with netsource at this point. Worst customer service ever .. and i include eircon in that!!

    yeah they are pretty woeful at responding to calls for help. I'm cancelling my account on Monday and going to Eircom. I was suppose to cancel my account last week, but I was convinced by their sales to stay on another week at least .... lots of good that did :rolleyes:
