never seen one - maybe to do with how thin the smart media card already is?

seen plenty of PC Cards (and some Compact Flash) adapters for most major formats (Secure Digital / MultiMedia Card / Memory Stick / Smart Media)

but nothing to convert into Smart Media format i'm afraid
