Calling all P800 users....I just got a lovely present of a P800 brought all the way back from Dubai. I'm still reading the user guide and probably will be for the next month. I'm currently using windows 98 at work and the software that came with my phone is only for windows 2000, xp etc. Does anyone know where I can download a driver to enable me to syncronise my phone with windows 98 and then MS Outlook.

Also, my company is changing over to Macs very shortly. Will I be able to syncronise my phone with it?

you should download the latest software form the Sony Ericsson site here:

Only Address Book Sync is currently available on Mac (using the internal Address Book). You need to be running OS X 10.2+ (Jaguar) with the latest version of iSync.

you can download the latest sync software there - it says it works with w98 too

Although i dont have the P800 [T310] I found very good software for Sony Ericsson phones at ClubSonyEricsson.com. Site is very useful but a good few of the download links are broken.

Windows software links can be found on this page. I also got my phone from the Middle East [Bahrain, about 1 hour flight from Dubai]. Its fun to be the only person I know with Arabic on their keypad

I have used the P800 and I have to say it is a very nice phone and filled with featurs. I like to use the drawing tablet too and draw pictures

Many thanks - have just got the sync working. Now all I have to do is figure out how to connect to the internet via vodafone.
