    linux is your only other option. I think there is a half-assed patch for 2k, but it is only half assed

    I'm pretty sure Server 2003 supports HT.

    to me 2003 server is XP essentially. on an offical stance I could be wrong but they are pretty similar.

    on that note, I wonder if longhorn currently supports HT?

    Is HT worth getting xp for? I have a machine with xp on it, can i ring microsoft and ask them for a second activation with having to go out and buy another cd?
