Hi

We're looking to rent a 3-4 bedroom house that's close to a DART station. Willing to pay up to 1500/month. Also we have a cocker spaniel so they need to accept pets We're more than willing to pay for the furniture / carpets to be cleaned upon moving out if that's a concern. The dog is almost 2 years old and has lived indoors his whole life so he's completely housetrained and doesn't try to chew the furniture or anything.
