    Check the full specs:

They also throw a 32Mb USB stick!

I would sleep on the door of a Lidl to get one! :D

I bought that aiptek camera they had a while back. Had to queue up at 9am in the morning to get it but it was so worth it! Its a brilliant camera, haven't got any complaints about it yet. I'd definitely recommend getting that new aiptek offer if they offer it over here.

does your Aiptek have bog standard AAA rechargeables ? How long do they last BTW

Lidl normally do standard batteries in their kit and not some expensive proprietary impossible to get ones.

I got one of their pocket cams the last time they where on sale and I'm very pleased with it.

The 'bog standard' recharagable batteries have lasted me for over 200 photos and about 15mins of video.

I got one of these last time too.
    A good camera.
can be enabled as a Web Cam, Still photos (up to 1600x1200), Slide Show view of the pics on the camera through the LCD Display, and a few seconds video capture which I didn't really use.

comes with 4 bog standard re-chargeable batteries, which the camera uses 2 at a time. also comes with the charger of course, usb cable and a composite video cable to display the pictures on your TV, and the installation CD with some software.

    Still Photo Options are:
    Quality : Best | Good | Average
    10 second Timer
Flash : Auto, None, Anti-Red Eye
there was a couple of other options too, like brightness and some others I cannot remember.

overall a good camera for the price.

There's a digital camere on Thursday, October 2nd. Details are as follows:

    Nytech Digital ND-4020
    4.0 Megapixel, CCD Sensor
3x optical zoom, plus 2x digital zoom
    1.6" colour LCD
    64md SD Memory Card Included which allows for 40pics at 2272 x 1704 dpi, 60 pics at 1600 x 1200 dpi, 20 pics at 1280 x 960 dpi.
    Camera Mode
    Software provided
    DPOF Function

    €279 each

An extra Nytech SD 129mb card, €49.99

Seems good but a little expensive for what I am looking for. Last one seemed better value for money.

Been doing a good bit of searching on the camera. Plenty of Italian/French/German discussion and except for minor flaws, it doesn't seem at all bad.

Some pictures people took with it:

Though I think I'll skip it this time.

Yeah same here. I'd much rather spend a little over €100 than almost €300 - think I'll let this one pass me by :(

    Links to specs in english:

Does anyone know/have an opinion to how this 4.0 megapixel matches up with others - I am very interested but know very little about them.

There doesnt appear to be a lot of comparison links (none in english) on this camera.
