maybe we should be talking about this rather then a small push on horseface

it was probably londoners attacking the arsenal fans seeing that most man utd fans are from london.... id say the M1 will be jammers on the way back to london with the two sets of supporters..

    anyone for prawn sambos???:D :D:D

even if that is true its still wrong and its man u suppoters attacking arsenal supporters clearly outnumbered
    how brave are they!!!

they will be a backlash in london in march

yawn... this is getting a bit boring now...

keown, lauren and toure were all involved in pushing and hitting RVN at the end and they should be punished to the full extent by the FA... a nice ban would do them good...

good god youd swear the three of them had thrown him to the ground and proceed to beat the **** out of him

they got in his face and celebrated, lauren pushed him, nobody ****ing hit him, hes played the game of being a cheat for so long its about time somebody reacted to it

there will be no bans, no point deduction more than likely just some sort of fine so ****ing take it

if you actually watch it *again* this time open your eyes keane and viera were talking to each other what i meant was they would not go up to roy at the end of a match and start poking at him unless they want an early end to their career

well since roy keane wasnt involved in the incident why would they start on him ? your point is purely hypothetical and plain stupid

Shutup you muppet how is he a cheat ??? Viera that bastard should not of raised his leg.I will admit rvn totally overeacted but still if Viera didnt raise his leg ruddy wouldnt of had to do his shimmy shimmy shake. There doesnt have to be contact for a player to get sent off. If that was a punch thrown and it missed by that much Viera still would of got sent off. So he got sent off for two yellow cards and ruddy got booked for his kick at viera so shut the f*ck up.

I'd love for some Arsenal fan to say exactly what it was that Van did that was cheating?

He got kicked at and he jumped away. If viera took a kick at you wouldnt you move away? Viera tried to kick him, its that simple. Van got the yellow for the previous tackle and rightly so.

The fact that Wenger goes on TV and says this shows how much we can expect Arsenals discipline to improve.

They won,t be able to do this because arsenal fans like their manager have different eysight than everyone else. They see thinks that dont exist eg. ruud cheating, fa ,ref, and media vendettas against them, but yet are unable to see thinks that do happen eg.Pires Cheating Vierra and campbell kicking players.
There is no medical explanation for this yet.

You are the ****ing tool, if you cant pick up on the whole london thing and prawn sandwiches as sarcasm you are an idiot. This is a running gag for years and Keane has made the point about united supporters for so long......... A JOKE

As for Vierra, if you read my post. I said he deserved to be sent off and there is no disputing this..
All the fuss over the sending off is ridiculous. Vierra deserved to get sent off and their is no one that can suggest otherwise. As for Ruud, he is a little **** bag and is always involved in some sort of controversy. Hopefully the abuse he got after the match will encourage him to stop being such a faker and actually stick to what he is best at, scoring goals. To say the fella is a saint and to criticise Keown for taunting him afterwards is laughable, it had to happen to Ruud sometime and I am sure there has been occassions where he has done the same. By the way, did anyone see the sly smile he gave to one of the United players after the frucas over the sending off had died down... Not the face of an innocent man me say...

As for Ruud, he totally over reacted and is renowned for doing this, and more, alot more. This is why I consider him to be a fake and a cheat.. There is controversy surrounding nearly every penaly decision or booking that his is involved in....

I disagree. I have not seen any othe club this season moan and whining so much. Wenger never appears to see anything on the pitch when asked. What does he be looking at.
All football fans feel agrieved from time to time but not as much as the moaning gooners.

Their antics today show how much last season hurt them and how much pressure they are under this year. If they dont sort it soon the are going to self destruct and will win nothing.

Dont even use United and london in the same sentence those southern sh!tes !!!

Listen damo duff allways goes down when there is a slight bit of contact made and we dont say anything.Ruddy goes down very easy ill admit like our new boy Ronaldo. But unlike a few Arsenal players(pires, lauren, jeffers) there is allways contact made so he goes down, its not cheating imo.

Martin Keown for the WWE Championship. And I think he fits in the ugly part of "the good, the bad and the ugly" departments. He done a good elbow drop on Ruud at the end of the game there.

We were on about how scummy Arsenal were before the game. They have just proved that point to everyone today.

Nothing really more can be said, the game was poor, Ruud was unlucky with his penalty which was definately a penalty. Martin Keown's wrestling abilities came in well there. Vieira deserved to be sent off, both bookings were well merited. Ronaldo played well too.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 743 ✭✭✭UbahOne

Ok I will add to this thread then.

The match was boring. Nothing new there.

The penalty deserved to be a penalty. Nothing new there.

RVN missed. boo hoo what a pity. Nothing new there.

Keown was violent on the pitch. Nothing new there.

Vieira deserved to be sent off. Nothing new there.

Ronaldo adapted quite well in this difficult match. Nothing new there.

TheMuppet is bored and likes getting a rise from me. Nothing new there.

Arsenal deserve to lose points due to the way they almost gangbanged RVN at the end of the match...they have a serious disciplinary problem and it needs to be sorted out. I understand when a manager defends his players but Arsene is far too defensive and does not seem to speak out when they are in the wrong...loyalty is nice to see i guess but in all fairness, he does not have a leg to stand on.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,617 ✭✭✭talla

Im a united supporter and i think 0-0 was a very fair result. As for van "horseface" as every single non united supporter has been commenting on, yeh he was guilty with his tackle. Vierra was guilty for not attempting to play the ball, van nistleroy was not booked for that tackle, it was for an altercation with the arsenal keeper. Yes van nistleroy jump out of the way when a someone kicks out at him, i would do the exact same. he didnt roll around the place overreacting like everyone in this forum acuses of him doing. I didnt know it was ar ule that u can try lash out at someone but you dont make contact it doesnt matter

and unfortunately arsenals reaction at the end of the match was just intimidation, i hope the FA throws the book at the "victimised arsenal" players for their bully tactics, because if thats the way teams are going to react, there will be a lot of violence on the pitch.

Well thats a contradiction in itself.

The individual players represent Arsenal and therefore the club should be held responsible...its like the English FA being responsible for their English fans. Too ****en right.

The only other thread I've seen expand so quickly was when UTV announce thier flat rate product last Autumn!

I finally saw the incidents -

RVNs "tackle" was no clumsier than a thousand others, Vieras reaction was typical and deserved a straight Red in my book. RVN did exgagerate as he backed away but Viera still had it coming.

The facas after the whistle was inexcusable, nothing less than schoolyard bullying by Keown who you'd think might, at his age, be calming down just a little. Given that he did "lay hands" on RVN
he might well be up on a fizzer once the disaplinary panel have a look at the video.

A bad game and a lot of bad attitude by men who would claim they are functioning adults.

    Mike.
