The Gamezville mistake thread (plz Dont Merge)

Ok im starting this new thread up thats separate from the gamezvile is crap thread, thisis specifically for mistakes from the show only, getwnough mistakes in here and Ill e-mail it off see if we can get a better programme on air, Fingers crossed

So 3 mistakes from the show i watched this morning

1) Street fighter EX 3 being referred to as a 3d beat em up, nope

2) Graphics coming back from the First glance feature showed the console kitchen graphic but they were actually in the PC lounge

3)Oh yeah when one of the BOYZ (i should say) said he completed all 2 of the resident evil games Sigh

So keep your eyes open and post here

Accidently watching that crap ranks as one of my biggest ever mistakes. However when I did see it, they called the N-Gage the N-Cage (maybe it's officially endorsed by Nicolas Cage).

Street fighter ex 3 is 3d i thought?!

Its a beat em up, and its 3d, so its a 3d beat em up.

Whether movement is on one plane or not.

The also said that it was the first version of the street fighter games to be in 3D. Wrong!

Edumicate me please (I'm not really too much up on the lingo but then I don't present a games show)

Doom/Quake/Wolfenstein etc are Ist person shooters, yeah?

What's an example of a 3rd person shooter?

Or that second option in Duke 3d.

For the life of me I cant think of any decent examples.

Something like Hitman or The Thing would be 3rd person shooters. Basically your looking from behind and above hte character instead of through their eyes.

Brute Force is a good example of a third person shooter.
They were talking about rainbow six being only on the pc but it'll be out on xbox before chistmas.

No, it was when one of the presenters was demoing an Xbox (xbox only game), with Xbox controller in hand, but saying it was for the PS2.

'yo, this is out now for all you PS2 people' (something like that)

Also they gave a crappy game 4 Gs, but then it guess that is opinion

nad they said that some game was the first ever mech robot (some of u will know the proper name) RPG game. DiD they never hear of any of the front mission games .

Not really a mistake as such but an oversight on the First Glance feature (refuse to put Z's in this thread), but if youve got Doug lombardi sitting right next to you the first thing you ask about half life 2 is

Lucy let me down on that one lol, over in the half life forum they have an official statement that HL2 has been delayed till christmas (thoght it would be)

The other mistake was them mixing the names up on the Face Off
