    news.com headlines with a Netfarcical story today, Comcast decided to crack down on some of their unlimited usage customers in the US recently....story Here . It seems that the top 1% (averaged) get singled out every month from now one.

    If you are in the second 1% this month you may be in the top 1% next month (after they have been spoken to ) . It will be your turn then.

    At least the limits there aren't "low". The Cox Cable 60GB/month (2GB/day) limit is really going to hurt. ;)
