hard drive compatibility

    Hi all Just a quick question hopefully it will have a short answer.
    i need a bew hard drive but i am also looking at upgrading the mobo processor et all.
    what i want is a mobo with 800 mzh fsb pentium 2.8 800
    the thing is the drive to go with these would be a serial ata. at the moment i have a p2 450 .

    if i get a Western Digital Caviar 120GB IDE 7200RPM will it work on a serial mobo ?????

    SATA boards support IDE hard drives aswell so you will be fine!!
