Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Who "owns" posts?

I was just wondering exactly who owns the copyright on the information posted on boards.ie. For example if I write a review on the Film Reviews board, who exactly "owns" this review? Me, or boards.ie, or someone else?

I guess this is kind of important now, since boards is attracting a lot of attention from "qualified" journalists and the like.

Perhaps some sort of "privacy policy" would be useful as some kind of indemnity against legal action stemming from breach of boardsters' copyrights?
