UTVip have a special offer, when you signup for UTVip XL or UTVip Lite before 31st of December 2003, they will give you one month free. You can read more about it on the IOFFL website here. Fair play to them, pity they don't offer Dual channel ISDN like Eircom.

Not quiet, Esat gave a reduced price for 3 months, not free. I suppose UTV are aiming for the Christmas market.
